2007 Chesslawn Red- Classic Red- Bold, and lively. Dry, and fresh red colour.
2007 Headwaters White- Crisp, fruity, and a tease of sweet. This wine is a summer/fall nights dream.
2005 Chesslawn Frost- A icewine perfection.
What makes our wines unique? Our vineyard is fertile! With over 4 feet of manicured topsoil from 100 years of dairy farming applications, this soil can pack a punch. All of that good stuff in the dirt makes for great complexity in the wines.
Throw in a cold climate to cool off the sugars, and we have the ability to make balanced wines and plenty of them.
